Is a hair system the same as a wig?
No. A wig sits loose on your head. A PRIMO hair system is custom-cut to your hairline and bonded to your scalp, so you can shower, swim, work out, and sleep in it. Most people around you won't know.
How long does one system last?
A single system lasts 4 to 5 months of daily wear. We replace it during your monthly home service, so you always look fresh with no surprise shedding.
Will it damage my existing hair?
No. The bond uses a medical-grade adhesive applied only to the bald or thinning area. We don't touch your healthy hair, and you can stop any time. Your scalp goes back to exactly how it was.
What does the free consultation include?
I personally look at your 6 scalp photos and call you within 24 hours. I'll tell you honestly which of the three paths fits you, even if it means going to a transplant clinic instead.
Can I do this without anyone finding out?
Yes. The whole service happens at your home, with no salon and no waiting room. Our expert arrives unmarked, sets up in 90 minutes, and leaves. You decide who to tell.
What's the total cost per year?
₹40k to ₹60k per year, covering the system, monthly home service, and unlimited barber support. A fraction of the cost of a transplant, and fully reversible.
Can I shower, swim, and work out with it?
Yes to all three. The bond is waterproof and sweat-proof. You can take hot showers, hit the gym, and swim in the pool or sea. Just towel-dry like you would your natural hair.
What if I don't like it after the install?
Give it a few days to settle. If you still want it off, our expert will remove it at your next visit and your scalp goes back to exactly how it was. No long-term contract, you can stop any time.
Do you serve cities outside Mumbai?
Right now we're live in Mumbai only. Pune, Bengaluru, and Delhi are next on our list. Drop your city on the consultation and we'll let you know the moment we open up.
Can the hair be styled, dyed, or cut?
Yes. It's 100% real human hair so you can cut, style, gel, and even dye it. Our barber handles every cut, style, and color request during the monthly home service. No salon visits needed, ever.
How private is the home service?
Very. Our expert arrives in plain clothes with a single unmarked bag. No PRIMO branding on anything. Every team member signs a confidentiality agreement before they touch a client.
