It started with one bad consultation.
Before this company existed, our founder Rohan was just another guy trying everything. Minoxidil for a year. Finasteride. Special shampoos. And then PRP — needle after needle, month after month, sitting in a clinic chair, hoping each session would be the one that turned things around.
He was just frustrated. He wanted his look back — without pain, without months of recovery, without rolling the dice on a surgery that might or might not work.
And he wasn't alone. Friends were going through the same thing. Cousins. Colleagues. Men who would never admit it out loud were silently trying treatment after treatment, getting nowhere, and then quietly disappearing from photos for a year. Nobody talked about it. Everyone struggled with it.
The product existed. The service didn't.
Hair systems — non-surgical, undetectable, real human hair bonded to the scalp — have existed for decades. The technology is solid. Cricketers wear them. Actors wear them. Plenty of men you assume have a full head of hair are wearing one right now.
But in India, getting one was a nightmare. Shady salons with locked back rooms. Wig shops that made you feel like you were buying something illegal. Inconsistent quality. Strangers touching your head every month. No one to call when something went wrong at 11 PM the night before a wedding.
The product wasn't the problem. The experience was.

So we built the opposite of what existed.
No salon. No waiting room. No staff asking “sir, ye treatment lena chahenge?” while you're trying to figure out if you even need it.
Instead: a free call where our founder personally looks at your photos and tells you the honest truth — even if the truth is “please don't buy from us, you don't need this yet.”
If a system is right for you, our expert comes to your home. Fits it in 90 minutes. You see the result in your own mirror before you pay a rupee. And then the same person comes back, every month, forever.
Why this is the most important thing we will ever build.
You can argue — fairly — that hair loss is cosmetic. That it isn't a disease. That men should just shave it off and move on.
And then you meet a 26-year-old who hasn't taken a single photo in two years. A groom who is hiding his head at his own wedding. A father who can't bring himself to play with his kids near a mirror. You realise that what looks cosmetic from the outside is something much heavier on the inside.
We are not curing cancer. We know that. We are giving a quiet thing back to people who didn't realise how loud its absence had become. Confidence to walk into the room first. Confidence to be in the photo. Confidence to look at yourself in the morning without flinching.
That is why we obsess over every install. Why we built a service where you never have to leave your house, never have to explain yourself to anyone, never have to be brave to take care of yourself. Why our founder still personally takes every consultation call, six months in.
It is the most important thing we are doing because, for the right person, on the right day, it is the most important thing in their life.
