Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, services, and subscriptions you make with Respawn Technologies Private Limited (operating as PRIMO).

The short version: You can cancel any consultation, install, or monthly visit free of charge before our expert is dispatched. There is no long-term contract — stop any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.

1. Cancelling a Consultation

You may cancel your ₹99 consultation at any time before our founder has personally reviewed your photos. Cancellations made before review qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made after the founder has called you with a recommendation are not refundable.

2. Cancelling an Install Booking

To cancel a hair-system install, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment:

3. Cancelling a Monthly Service Visit

Reschedule or cancel any monthly visit at least 24 hours in advance — no fee. Within 24 hours, the ₹500 visit fee applies to cover the expert's reserved slot.

4. Stopping Service Entirely

There is no subscription, no minimum tenure, no exit fee. To stop monthly service, message us on WhatsApp and we will close your file the same day. Any pre-paid amounts for future months are refunded in full.
