These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PRIMO's website, WhatsApp service, and any consultation, hair system, or home service we provide. They form a binding contract between you and Respawn Technologies Private Limited ("PRIMO", "we"), the company that owns and operates the PRIMO brand.

By booking a consultation, paying for a service, or otherwise using PRIMO, you agree to these Terms.

The short version: Be honest with us, show up for your appointments, pay on time, and don't misuse our brand. We will deliver the service we promised, treat your data with care, and refund or fix things if we mess up.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to book any PRIMO service. By using the service you confirm that the information you give us is true and that you have the legal capacity to enter this contract.

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the PRIMO website — including the PRIMO name, logo, mascot characters, copy, illustrations, and code — is owned by Respawn Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

"PRIMO" is a trademark of Respawn Technologies Private Limited.

7. User Content

When you upload scalp photos or share testimonials, you grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to deliver and improve the service. We will not publish your photos or name in marketing without your separate written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRIMO's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profits, emotional distress, or reputational harm.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRIMO, its directors, employees, and partners from any loss or claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these Terms, behave abusively toward our team, or attempt to defraud us. You may stop using the service at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest change. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
